The last day of year 2025.

Why is it that I feel sad on the last day of the year, looking back to all the good and bad time this year has given me.

I remember thinking in December of 2024 that ‘Man, 2025 is gonna be tough’ and this is the exact thing I am telling myself right now ‘Man, 2025 was okayish but 2026 is gonna be tough…’

The reason I gave myself back then was ‘I am leaving my job, how will I manage the expenses and everything etc’.

I am sick today!

And there are only 2 options on sick days – you spend the whole day on the bed – scrolling phone, watching movies or you try and push yourself to do something better.

If, I had been in Delhi – living in a room by myself, the first one is the obvious choice. I remember countless days like this over the past few years where I did almost nothing and then regretted the day I just wasted!

During my recent trek, I often found myself talking about the past events of our lives in a good way –

“How good the college days were?”

“Remember, how we used to live in that East-Delhi room?”

Or in a regretful way –

“I wasted 2025 – what the hell I did all year at home? There is no significant output, I am the same I was in 2024, 23 or as long as I can remember”

It is either this or we talk about the future – stressed –

I need to do this, earn more money, will.

It has been a very different year I would say!

I mean I expected something-s but if I look back as of today it has been a ‘perspective changing’ year.

For the first few months, I was stressed – I tried out different things – YouTube channel, website with proper SEO pages and the major one LinkedIn but nothing seemed to worked out.

But, the later half somewhat turned in our favour.

Joined my sister and we have been catering to clients on LinkedIn since then.
